Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Trained Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in working within a unique, family-oriented business. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and provide detailed information on menu items
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Mix and serve drinks from the bar, maintaining high standards of preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and the bar
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, with bar training preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
- Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday (we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
- Reliable transportation to and from Rochford (SS4)
