Pertemps are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to help bring our clients brand to life in-store and beyond. You'll support a wide range of exciting projects, from managing eye-catching point-of-sale (POS) displays to collaborating on new store openings across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cross-functional teams both inside the organisation and with top-tier external agencies.
This is a temporary to permanent position - Monday - Friday 8:45am/5:30pm - based in Derriford, UK.
As part of the team, you'll work closely with the Marketing Executive while taking ownership of your own day-to-day responsibilities, contributing to bold campaigns and innovative strategies. What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating store nominations and communicating updates across the business
- Managing the POS portal and ensuring all marketing materials are current and up to date
- Designing creative store offers and campaigns, liaising with key teams to ensure smooth execution
- Collaborating with the design team to craft eye-catching campaigns and POS materials
- Supporting the rollout of new store openings with engaging POS packs
- Working closely with printers to ensure all store assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Teaming up with social media and PR teams to support exciting, buzz-worthy marketing campaigns
What You'll Bring:
Essential:
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and adapt marketing activities based on results
- A multi-tasker at heart, with experience juggling various projects and stakeholders
- A flair for writing, paired with top-notch copywriting and communication skills
Desirable:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience producing consumer-facing marketing materials
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
