Robert Walters is supporting a leading business based in Redditch in there search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The contract is an initial 3-6 months and salary is the perm equivalent of £28k, working 08:30- 17:00 Monday -Friday. The client can offer a hybrid working pattern.
Robert Walters is supporting a leading business based in Redditch in there search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The contract is an initial 3-6 months and salary is the perm equivalent of £28k, working 08:30- 17:00 Monday -Friday. The client can offer a hybrid working pattern.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring the end-to-end cash process & investigating any discrepancies in between
- Daily importing of cash processing reports onto SAP
- Posting of debtors invoices and credit notes and allocation of cash receipts to customer accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of cash
- Posting ad hoc journals when appropriate
- Escalating any issues
- Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis
- General administration and other ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent client and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Strong experience within an AR role
- Good communication skills
