We are seeking an experienced Locum Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established law firm based in Oxfordshire on an ongoing temporary basis, while the firm recruits for a permanent position.

As a Locum Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters. You will work with a varied client base, including SMEs, large corporations, and start-ups. This role offers the opportunity to handle key transactional work, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements
- Supporting business clients with their transactional needs
- Managing caseloads efficiently and autonomously
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (with a current practising certificate)
- Significant experience in corporate law, ideally within a private practice
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
