About you:?

Employee Success (ES) seeks an ambitious Transformation Programme Manager to shape the people agenda within HR and across Access. This role is key to scaling our global workforce to 12,000 by 2026, reporting directly to the Chief Employee Success Officer and collaborating with the Employee Success Leadership Team (ESLT).

The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, thrives in a diverse, global organisation, and is passionate about creating a great employee experience. You are proactive, driven, and committed to making Access the Place to Be'.

Day-to-day, you will:?

  • Identify key transformation priorities within Employee Success and across Access, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create, execute, and maintain accountability for detailed plans across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with ES Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the transition of projects to 'Business as Usual,' ensuring seamless integration and sustained success.?

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

  • Proven experience in global transition and transformation project management, particularly in scaling or migrating teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of the employee lifecycle, ES principles, processes, and technology, with expertise in employment legislation and consultation requirements.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, ambiguous tech environments, making quick transformative decisions while balancing pragmatic and strategic thinking.
