Job Title: Full time Support worker
Location: Fife
£12-£15 per hour
Job Description: I have a fantastic opportunity for a support worker looking for full-time work in the Fife area. The role will require supporting elderly service users in a care home setting.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients. This is a role where you will have the great opportunity of working full time hours in a great service. A variety of shift are availble including early, lates and waking nights with the potential of working a condensed week with long day shift.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional care to service users
- Coordinating and allocating work tasks, ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with individual care plans
- Providing hands-on support to individuals with elderly care needs
- Liaising with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress and well-being of clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of working with individuals in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
