Natures Way Foods is leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and "food-to-go" for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. But there's lots more to us than the products we make.

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Chief of People, you will lead the delivery of our Talent and Development strategy, focusing on improving capability, performance management, colleague engagement, succession planning and talent management. As Talent Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating initiatives key to the growth and success of our colleagues. You will play a key role in driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation.

Responsibilities

You will already have experience in:

  • Designing and implementing Talent Strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Working with line managers and leadership teams to identify capability gaps.
  • Designing, delivering and facilitating a range of learning programmes and initiatives including leadership development, technical skills training, operational training (Hygiene, technical, production teams), soft skills development and compliance training.
  • Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, and the wider People Team to develop role-based competency framework that support succession planning and colleague growth.
  • Designing and driving the delivery of Apprenticeships and Graduate programmes.
  • Leading a team of Operational Trainers to deliver first class operational training across our four factories by setting stretching targets & facilitating first class training.
  • Supporting the training elements of induction and onboarding.
  • Management and delivery of psychometric and other assessment tools where appropriate
  • Measuring and reporting on KPI performance based on the output of training solutions
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on all aspects of L&D, able to advise and consult with business leaders to help them find lasting solutions to issues as they arise
