French speaking Customer Care Advisor - Luxury Brand

An exciting role has arisen for a French speaker to join a successful Luxury Fashion Retail and e-commerce team based in Merton, South London. We are looking for a French Customer Service Representative to join their fun, dynamic and friendly team. If you work in a retail environment, this could be a step up to an office based role.

The package:

  • Salary: £13 per hour (£25,500)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm.
  • Location: Merton near Wimbledon and Morden

This is a fantastic opportunity if you have worked in Customer Service or Customer Care seeking a challenge offering more variety using your French. It will be a temporary position to cover the busy Christmas period, but it may be extended to a permanent role in the new year.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Advisor

  • Assisting French and English speaking clients with product enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining the order database
  • Providing support to clients registering online and having their orders processed through the website
  • Assisting clients with any issues regarding returns or orders via email and phone
  • Dealing with any complaints in a timely manner - escalating any issues to relevant departments
  • Liaison with the fulfilment team when necessary
  • Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities - upsell
  • Handling accounting enquiries with the finance team

Requirements of the Customer Care Advisor:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Fluency in French
