This specialist provision is committed to offering a safe and welcoming environment to learners that have not had the best introduction to education or have experienced learning obstacles. This setting currently supports 95 learners with Social, emotional or mental health needs and is both a primary and secondary provision. This incredible setting is currently seeking a teaching assistant to join their secondary team on a full time basis. In this role you support the class teacher with the day to day running of the class, supporting a small class of 3-7 learners. Your work in a team with other TA's to offer specialist support to learners with complex needs.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- Relevant SEN experience
- Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
- Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
