RG Consultancy are pleased to be working with a reputable company based on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for an all round accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is doing their AAT qualification and looking to develop within a supportive, fast paced environment.
This role will report into the finance manager and will be supported by a team of 4 staff members.
Duties will include;
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing high volume invoices
- Allocation of all supplier payments
- Weekly BACS payment runs
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing expenses, car allowances and more
- Accruals, prepayments and journals
- Assist with nominal ledger
- Other additional duties
Skills:
- Accounting software experience (SAGE 200 would be an advantage)
- MS Excel skills including; spreadsheet usage, pivot tables and v-lookups
