The Opportunity:
As a result of departmental growth, they are now actively seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their esteemed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a department known for its exceptional client care and comprehensive legal services.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload encompassing all areas of Private Client work.
- Providing expert legal advice on wills, probate, LPAs, court of protection, trusts, and estates.
- Handling both simple and complex cases, including high net worth and international matters.
- Meeting with clients to provide tailored legal solutions.
- Collaborating with a team that includes two legal assistants focused on probate and powers of attorney, and two paralegals.
- Working closely with the team leader, who specialises in international work.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Private Client practice.
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently.
- Comprehensive experience in all areas of Private Client work.
- Background in a reputable local company or regional practice.
- Demonstrated experience in a busy Private Client department handling a broad range of matters.
