Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential customers' financial information to determine their creditworthiness.
- Calculate appropriate interest rates and loan terms based on risk assessment.
- Create and issue loan agreements and other necessary documentation.
- Implement measures to prevent fraudulent loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including the Consumer Credit Act.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and brokers.
- Analyze underwriting data to identify trends and improve processes.
