Customer Service Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a market leading organisation based in Bromsgrove
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and further develop trade for the company by ensuring that customer requirements are met.
Key responsibilities:
Taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers relating to their orders
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and e-mail
Process orders via telephone, e-mail, internet and of both trade and retail customers
Respond to and follow up order tracking enquiries by telephone and e-mail
Support the Sales technicians with tracking enquiries in an efficient and organised manner
Person Profile:
Driven and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills and be able to solve problems
Excellent communicator who is professional and approachable
IT literate
Able to work as a team in a busy office environment
