Salary: £13.01 - £13.76 per hour / £25,038 - £26,476 pro rata (incl. Rural Allowance)

Join our dedicated team at Clannalba, near Biggar, supporting nine autistic adults in a vibrant, scenic environment. We're looking for creative individuals who share our values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution.

At Scottish Autism, we value our Autism Practitioners, providing top-notch training to ensure they deliver high-quality support. This is a fantastic opportunity, even if you're new to the field. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential - just a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating personalised support plans
- Building positive relationships
- Collaborating with families and health professionals
- Encouraging independence, community involvement, and personal development
- Shift work, including weekends and evenings, is required.
