The role of an Administrator
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our clients team immediately. The ideal candidate will be confident over the telephone, with some experience of working within an office environment.

Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Managing correspondence via telephone calls and email inbox.
  • Office stock ordering.
  • Support aspects of training programmes including logistics
  • Data entry tasks.
  • Providing quotations/following up quotations to existing clients and new clients.
  • General admin duties including accepting post and arranging deliveries.

The Candidate
The successfully appointed Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Previous telephony experience and working within an office.
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and data Protection.
  • Excellent communication skills.
