We are working with one of the UK's fastest growing fintech insurance companies who are looking for a Sales Operations Manager. This role will find you working alongside the Chief Commercial Officer responsible for reporting, CRM management, client onboarding and automation.

They work with many leading UK companies as clients and deliver the highest standard of customer service. With technology at its core, it is changing the way that insurance is distributed and disrupting the industry. This role is pivotal in streamlining the effectiveness of their sales team.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly sales reports from the CRM system
- Help to enforce good habits in maintaining up to date records with the team
- Working with the sales team to onboard new clients
- Liaising with the tech team to automate more functionality
- Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer in respect to MI and targeting.
- Identifying patterns and potential problems and providing solutions
- Increasing the speed of execution of new deals
- Ensuring that the back office and client reporting happens on time
- Making sure all client documentation is up to date
- Supporting the team operationally.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of working within a sales operations function
- Good communication skills
- Excellent written and reporting skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Google and experience of Miro and SharePoint preferable.
- Team player
- Experience within a start-up/scale-up would help
- Previous platform experience preferable
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Degree level educated
- Salary is between £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience.
