WINNER FM are excited to be working with a global facilities service provider, supporting their clients with several services from cleaning, to transport solutions and electronic security. You'll be the operational lead on several sites across Cardiff in the education sector.
Reporting into the Key Accounts Director, you will be the driving force for delivery across the buildings-based contracts. They are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join the team and be proactive in their approach, be innovative with their ideas and be able to lead from the front.
You must be able to demonstrate experience in bugdeting and well asl p&l.
The role will be delivering cleaning services across the 33 sites, you will have cleaning managers & supervisors who will be reporting into yourself.
Your day to day will include.
- Providing a quality service to all assignments falling within the contract, whilst controlling the related costs. Joint commercial responsibility for the retention of contracts, growth of business.
- To Report on and provide an accurate account on the P&L on a monthly basis.
- Work on growing the contract to expand the business
- Interrogate management information systems which provide information to enable sound commercial judgement for decision making.
- Identify issues or risks that will impact the contracts.
They are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a similar setting, you will have the support and from the Key Accounts Director, you will mainly be working by your self at site. Also due to the nature of the role you will have to attend sites per all shift types on ad hoc basis to engage with 'out of hours' colleagues.
