HR Co-ordinator (Office Based) - West London - to £35000 p.a

An exciting opportunity to work in a HR Shared Service environment supporting the People team with a broad a range of duties

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high quality, professional service by maintaining accurate HR information and carrying out efficient administration of all HRSS processes
  • Responsible for full administration duties i.e., managing, coordinating, and replying to queries in the HR Shared Service inbox as first point of contact.
  • Support with all aspects of the employee life cycle including administration of new starters, leavers, holidays, HR processes, reference, changes, long service milestones, right to work checks, maternity/paternity & parental/shared parental leave letters, raising invoices and POs.
  • Provide a tier-1 solution on people related policies and practices to provide HR Teams, colleagues, and line managers with necessary information as appropriate

Skills required:

  • Currently working at an HR Assistant level with at least 1 years generalist experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer centric approach.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Good time management skills, with an ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines.
  • Strong team player that can handle matters confidentially and sensitively.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Solutions orientated, 'can do' mindset with the ability to work at pace, cope with ambiguity, resolve issues and improve processes.
