Our client, who are committed to providing high-quality telecare services, is seeking a proactive Linkline and Alarm Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the well-being and safety of our community members.
?? In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a range of telecare equipment. Working closely with our client's team, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Linkline Service, supporting clients in summoning the necessary assistance when needed. Your duties will also include providing instruction on equipment usage, managing necessary paperwork, and maintaining stock and audits of equipment within the service.
?? Your Key Accountabilities include:
Collaborating effectively as part of the Resident Services team, aligning with organisational objectives.
Demonstrating high standards and adherence to council policies.
Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and partner organisations.
Fostering diversity and equality, both in employment and service delivery.
Ensuring customer-centric practises and fostering innovative problem-solving approaches.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards as per Council policy.
?? Knowledge and Experience requirements:
Previous experience in a Telecare setting.
Familiarity with the Telecare Standards Association Code of Practise.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and install Telecare equipment in clients' homes.
Proficiency in using software programmes such as Word, Outlook, Excel & Jontek.

?? This is a temporary position offering an hourly rate starting from £18.38. Due to the nature of the role, it requires driving to different locations within the Borough.
