Project Manager - Software Development / Cloud Applications

A well regarded Managed Services Provider who are at the forefront of innovation, and delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions are looking for a Project Manager. This MSP have a broad product portfolio across Public / Private Cloud, Cyber Security, Connectivity and Voice, and have a strong track record of delivering these solutions to both public and private sectors.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple software development projects, focusing on the development and deployment of Azure and AWS-based cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud application development and deployment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, with a focus on cloud applications (Azure/AWS).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS, and their services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Remote based.

Paying up to 60k + benefits.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.
