Our client is looking for someone with Customer Service experience, who has previously worked within a call centre and Customer Service environment to provide finance support to the Management Services Finance team, primarily supporting the Billing & Collections function and provide excellent service to our homeowners.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor role are:

  • To answer all inbound and outbound calls on daily basis.
  • Dealing with customer's queries via emails, calls and other type of written correspondence.
  • Taking payments over the phone from customers and inputting via online payment software.
  • Setting up Direct Debits Mandates and payment plans on customer's accounts.
  • High level of communication and customer service is always given.
  • Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied.
  • Ensuring that they accurately comprehend client's requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information.
  • Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and notes in a company's Qube system.
  • Adhering to a company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
  • Supporting resolution of Debtor queries via emails and on the call with customers.
  • Supporting other ad hoc duties in the B&C team and the wider Management Services Finance team.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role is someone with the following:

  • Previous experience being on the phone
  • Ideally someone who has worked in enterprise / retail.
  • Sales experience would be great
  • Confident and will get on with the job
  • Organised and the ability to prioritise
