Compliance Co-Ordinator – Chesterfield – up to £23,600 (3-month FTC)
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a brilliant company who are actively seeking a Compliance Co-Ordinator who is compassionate and professional to join their team in Chesterfield. You will be joining a fantastic business, who provide a life changing service to vulnerable individuals across the Derbyshire area.
This role would suit someone with experience in a customer service or administration background. This position starts as a 3 month FTC with a view to become a permanent role.

Compliance Co-Ordinator Responsibilities:
- Providing effective and efficient co-ordination for the gas team
- Assisting with ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and customer commitments are met
- Maintaining records and complying with Gas Safe requirements
- Ensuring systems are updated accurately and promptly
- Providing internal and external audit support
- Ensuring complaints are responded to in time and up to date records are kept
- Completing work orders and process invoices in a timely manner
- Ad hoc admin duties as and when required
Required skills & experience:
- Experience of working in an administration role or customer service role
- Highly computer literate
- Self motived and highly organised
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
