**What You'll Do

  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients in the Medtech & Life Sciences space
  • Sell high-value recruitment solutions to growth-stage and enterprise-level businesses
  • Identify, attract, and manage senior-level candidates for high-impact roles
  • Lead client meetings, support hiring strategy, and drive revenue

**What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B or B2C sales experience (phone-based, face-to-face, or solution sales)
  • Strong commercial instincts and a naturally consultative style
  • Excellent communicator, with emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Ambition to build a career, not just a job

Recruitment experience is not required—we'll train you in every aspect of the role.
