Production Operative

We are currently seeking a motivated Production Operative to join our client's team. This role is essential in ensuring the manufacture of high-quality diagnostic products, adhering to strict regulatory standards and procedures.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuous training and maintain accurate and legible records.
- Maintain and operate equipment according to agreed procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining work environments in line with GMP and Health and Safety policies.
- Review and update procedures, SOPs, and other relevant documents.
- Train less experienced staff members and perform additional duties as requested.
Specific Activities:
- Manufacture products to specification and agreed schedules.
- Complete documentation and TROPOS efficiently and correctly.
- Maintain stock control and adhere to GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Perform mathematical calculations and maintain awareness of COSHH/Risk Assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic IT skills and strong numeracy/mathematical skills.
- Standard Grade or equivalent in English and mathematics.
- Experience working to meet defined schedules.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Flexibility to work overtime and in various manufacturing environments.
- Manual handling capability (e.g., lifting 10L/KG).
- Adherence to PPE regulations and good communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
- Consistency in following procedures.
