Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and commissioning of MCC control panels and PLC systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of 3-phase systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Work with and interpret schematic drawings for troubleshooting and system validation.
- Perform routine and final testing, including continuity, insulation, and functional tests on control panels.
- Identify and diagnose faults, providing solutions for system improvements.
- Ensure all work meets relevant industry regulations and client specifications.
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - essential.
- 2391 Testing and Inspection certification - essential.
- Strong understanding of PLC systems and MCC control panels.
- Experience with three-phase electrical systems and industrial control panels.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Proven experience in testing, fault finding, and commissioning in industrial settings.
