Social Media Executive

Posted by Fieldfisher .

The personal injury and medical negligence department consists of top-performing lawyers with a reputation as leaders in their field. We differ from the firm's corporate departments in that we speak directly to potential clients who need to know where to find help at an extremely difficult time in their lives. We rely on our reputation to reach people and also by publishing our client's stories (case studies and longer form video) on our website and on social media.

Our content is serious and often sensitive (we ran UK claims for sexual assault against Harvey Weinstein, for example, represented victims of terrorist attack at London Bridge, and currently support families who lost babies because of historic failings at Nottingham hospitals). We always bear in mind that we're telling personal stories about very difficult events, but they're also incredibly rewarding to get right. We are regularly featured in the press, on television and radio and contribute to documentaries.

Inclusiveness and Diversity

At Fieldfisher, led by the social model of disability, we are working towards removing accessibility barriers and maximising disability and neurodiversity inclusion in our recruitment processes.

Should you have any accessibility requirements, please contact a member of Fieldfisher's Recruitment Team who will work with you to implement suitable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. All conversations are treated in the strictest of confidence and we would appreciate your feedback to ensure we can provide an accessible and enjoyable recruitment process.

Who we're looking for

  • A confident social media professional who is knowledgeable about content creation and the major platforms and at ease interacting with key stakeholders (partners, fee earners, clients).
  • A pro-active nature, with an impeccable eye for detail.
  • An individual with at least 3 years' experience, ideally in a corporate environment, who is comfortable executing content from start to finish.
  • Someone who is proactive and willing to learn in order to stay uptodate with the social media profession and associated platform updates.
