Private Family Solicitor – Walsall Office
This Family Law team is known for expertise, diversity, and a client-first approach. They are a progressive and forward-thinking law firm with ambitious growth plans, already having expanded to Sutton Coldfield and Cannock.
They are now seeking an experienced
Family Law Solicitor
to join their Walsall office on a full-time basis, where you will play a key role in both delivering exceptional client service and helping us expand the Family Law Department.
The Role:
As a Family Law Practitioner with at least 6 years of experience, you will handle privately funded cases, including:
- Divorce Proceedings & Separation
- Children Act Proceedings
- Financial Provision
- Injunction Applications
- Schedule 1 Children Act
- Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements
In addition to managing your own caseload, you will also take on supervisory responsibilities for less experienced team members. You will assist the Head of Department in growing and developing the Family Law Department, contributing to both marketing and business development efforts.
This role is based at the
Walsall office
, with occasional travel to their other branches in Cannock and Sutton Coldfield to meet clients as required.

- Proven track record in business development and marketing
- Enthusiasm for team supervision and mentoring
