Paraplanner
The successful candidate will work closely with Financial Planners in a friendly supportive team responsible for servicing clients' financial advice needs covering retirement planning, accessing funds at retirement, investments, life and protection.
Salary depending on experience and level of qualification - £32,000 - £38,000 per annum. Flexible working times, hybrid working, contributory pension, DIS, critical illness and health cash plan, financial support for industry exams.
Specific Responsibilities:
The key duties of the role are listed below:
- Writing Financial Planning Reports for planners to present to clients
- Supporting the Advisers by conducting research on products and helping find the right solutions for clients
- Assisting with reviews and client requests as well as acting as a point of contact for clients to deal with day-to-day queries
- Maintaining client records on the company software and ensuring the client and firm's files are well presented, accurate and compliant
- Preparation of client review packs
- Obtaining illustrations and valuations
- Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation
- Complying with all company and industry guidelines, rules and regulations
Role Requirements:
- Experience in a Financial Advice firm with Paraplanner or report writing skills
- Diploma qualified is desirable
- Confident with IT and office software packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint
