Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000-35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Summary:
Actio Recruitment is assisting one of our electronics clients in Fareham in their search for a skilled Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of areas/teams including mechanical assembly, soldering, cable and wiring, potting and test.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with IPC soldering and assembly standards.
- Ensure that all relevant PV procedures are being followed and carry our operator audits IAWPV505
- Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet deadlines.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide training and support to production staff.
Skills:
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of IPC soldering and assembly standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
