Hours of work: Monday - Friday (alternative weeks - 8:00am - 4:30pm and 9-5:30pm. Working from home 3 days each week and office-based on a Wednesday and Thursday

£12.50per hour - £13.00 per hour

Do you have previous Customer Services experience with excellent written and telephone based skills?
- You will take ownership of dealing with a variety of complaints from residents, mostly through email based communication.
- Logging, tracking and updating information onto a Service Now system.
- As your level of experience you will be empowered to make your own decisions.
- Escalating any possible risks to the Head of Compliance and liaising with colleagues to get issues resolved.
- Issuing reports and proposing initiatives to resolve issues.
- You will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
