SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant
Location: 90% remote - 10% Preston
Duration: 18 Months + Extensions
Rate: £600 per day
Skills/Experience:
- Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation
- Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops
- Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization
- Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model
- Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules
- Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
