Private Client Paralegal

Our client is seeking a dedicated Private Client Paralegal to support our Tax/Private Client team. This role involves working with high-net-worth individuals on a variety of matters, often with an offshore dimension. The successful candidate will provide essential support in UK tax advice, Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and probate matters.
- Take instructions from clients on these matters.
- Work closely with the partner and solicitors on various matters.
- Manage own files with minimal supervision, depending on ability.
- Get involved in tax-related matters, including research and drafting of advice, subject to capability.
- Handle file opening, billing, and other administrative tasks as part of the fee earners' responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably within a private client or tax team.
- Familiarity with Wills, LPAs, probate matters, and Trusts.
- Ability to take instructions and work closely with senior legal professionals.
- Capability to manage own files with minimal supervision, depending on experience.
- Interest and ability to engage in tax-related matters, including research and drafting.
- Strong administrative skills, including file opening and billing.
