Are you looking to spend your summer months working in a stunning Birmingham location? We are looking for an engaging person with a friendly demeanour to take on a new role this summer and gain valuable experience.
This is a customer service/events-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys greeting customers and clients and giving them an unforgettable experience. You'll be the main point of contact, responsible for answering enquiries in person, by phone, or by email, regarding events and bookings—all in a relaxed and picturesque environment, working with a supportive team.
You must be highly organised and capable of managing and coordinating all enquiries while remaining calm, kind, and professional.
You'll use our CRM system to record requests, input and update key information, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. The goal is to ensure every client has a smooth and positive experience—one that makes them want to return.
This is a part-time role with occasional evening or weekend work. If you have the right experience, can get up to speed quickly, and do a great job, there is potential for this to become a full-time position.
