We are delighted to be working with a ambitious and growing practice with an opportunity for a experienced fee earner with confidence to work their own caseload.
Hybrid Working Available
Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files
- Updating clients
- Understand and meet targets.
- Understand and comply with the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions.
- Be able to identify issues in advance of Litigation.
- Must be a strong communicator.
Experienced Needed:
- Knowledge of RTA work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
- Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to RTA claims
- Proven track record in successfully litigating cases through to settlement or trial
- Must be proficient in using MOJ or OIC portal at all stages
- Ability to provide a high level of client care
