We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Manager to develop and maintain a client base in London and the Home Counties.
The Sales Manager, based in Braintree, Essex, will embrace the exciting opportunity to mentor and motivate a small sales team. The role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000, plus bonus, car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role you will spend your week between the office and out visiting customers. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing market growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
- Managing sales, margin, and team costs (P&L responsibility).
- Fostering customer relationships and enhancing market share.
- Generating new leads and nurturing existing relationships.
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team.
