Your new role
I am recruiting for a fantastic organisation for a HR Coordinator. This role will support the employee lifecycle as well as support HR projects and initiatives. My client embraces hybrid working with 2 days at home.
What you'll need to succeed
Key Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Create job description
- Advertise jobs and work with agency partners
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
- Distribute offer letters
- Assist with the group and local onboarding process
- Manage the companies benefits administration
- Create regular HR reports
- Manage and update the HRIS with all relevant information
- Get involved in HR projects and initiatives
