Your new role
I am recruiting for a fantastic organisation for a HR Coordinator. This role will support the employee lifecycle as well as support HR projects and initiatives. My client embraces hybrid working with 2 days at home.

What you'll need to succeed
Key Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Create job description
  • Advertise jobs and work with agency partners
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
  • Distribute offer letters
  • Assist with the group and local onboarding process
  • Manage the companies benefits administration
  • Create regular HR reports
  • Manage and update the HRIS with all relevant information
  • Get involved in HR projects and initiatives
