The Finance Manager will manage a small team, as well as take the lead on acquisitions.

What will you be doing?

  • Led and develop a team of skilled qualified Accountants.
  • Corporate acquisitions and projects.
  • Led new projects and manage special projects that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for project goals and decision making
  • Act as a strategic business partner to various departments, providing financial insights and support.

  • Continual improvement of management information and controls, Identify opportunities for improving management information systems and internal controls.
  • Consolidations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and reporting requirements.
  • Assistance on the audit process.
  • Tax and VAT, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
  • Variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitoring cash flow.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Qualified Accountant with leadership experience.
  • Exposure to acquisitions (M&A).
  • A technical background ideally within practice/audit.
