I am looking for a Senior Asset Surveyor to join a Housing Association in Bedford. The Senior Asset Surveyor will be mostly responsible for capital works surveys as well as some planned maintenance.
Duties of the Senior Asset Surveyor:
- Be responsible for delivering a high quality planned maintenance service
- General building surveying
- Delivering the asset management program
- Prepare feasibility studies, specifications, schedules of work, tender and contract documentation, presentations and working drawings in accordance with approved programmes of investment work.
What is required for the role of Senior Asset Surveyor:
- Experience in assets and capital works surveying
- Be able to write up specifications
- HNC/ ONC or relevant experience
- Experience in delivering detailed asset surveys
- Knowledge around HHSRS
