Description
They are looking for Legal Counsel in Preston to:
- advise on corporate law to HQ functions
- advise on corporate and securities law to Treasury and other HQ functions in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions
- participate in M&A, corporate development, group and financial projects
Profile
The successful Legal Counsel will be 6+ years PQE with experience advising on corporate and securities law.
Magic or Silver Circle trained would be advantageous and plc experience necessary.
Job Offer
Competitive salary dependent on location and experience - circa £100k - £130k plus 12.5% bonus, car allowance, pension, share scheme, private health. Hybrid working from Preston hub.
