Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic legal client's team. The successful candidate will support the conveyancing solicitors in managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Processing TR1 forms
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
- Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process and property law.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legal qualification or relevant paralegal certification is preferred.
