Bookkeeper | Music & Entertainment Clients | Hybrid Working!
AJ Chambers are working with a leading accounting firm based in the music and entertainment industry who are looking for a bookkeeper to join their practice in London! You will have the opportunity to work with well known bands and singers who have been BRIT award winners for decades!
Role:
- Processing invoices, expenses & credit cards including data entry onto a cloud accounting system
- Prepare tour accounts and quarterly VAT returns
- Raising sales invoices and chasing debtors
- Responsibility for and review of junior staff-member work and help with training junior bookkeepers
- Float and credit card reconciliations
- Royalty statement analysis
- Preparing supplier payments
- Liaise with suppliers, promoters, artists, management company, booking agents, crew, and labels
- Other ad hoc finance and general administration duties where required

- Flexible around core ours of 10am - 4.30pm
- Study Support available for ACCA / AAT
Ideally for this role you will have 2-3+ years' experience working with Music clients but not essential!
