An exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join an elite US law firm as part of their friendly human resources team in London.
This role will see you working alongside a like-minded team to support the firm's human resources initiatives and policies. You'll work on a range of generalist HR, recruitment and onboarding duties. These include:
- HRIS changes - joiners, leavers, office transfers etc
- Visa applications and immigration
- Appraisals and performance management
- Sickness absence monitoring
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and coordinating interviews
- Arranging inductions, buddies, and supervising partners

The perfect Human Resources Assistant will have experience working at a similar level in a law firm or professional services environment for up to around 18 months. You will have excellent attention to detail and be very much a people person.
This is a permanent position with a salary of up to c£45,000 plus benefits and hybrid working.
