We have an amazing opportunity for a primary teacher position in one of the schools in Leeds, LS20 area. You will be supporting Year 6 children in a full time position and you will be working from Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Presenting captivating and inspiring lessons to engage children which include a variety of demonstrations, group work and individual projects to encourage learning through different methods.
- Meet the daily objectives and targets set by the teacher and use effective communication with the teacher to report progress back.
- Delivering a comprehensive curriculum which encourages children to explore and inquire further.
- Effectively assessing and managing children's progress and providing effective and constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Maintaining positive relationships with children, staff and parents or carers.
- Working closely and collaboratively with other colleagues in the school to coordinate lessons and curriculum.
- Building rapport with the children and teachers.
Requirements:
- Hold QTS.
- Have a passion for teaching and building curiosity within children.
- Have previous experience teaching.
- Hold an enhanced DBS (or be prepared to obtain one through Randstad).
- Have strong behaviour management skills, being able to manage and support children with different learning abilities through lessons.
- Strong patience and time management skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
- Exceptional communication skills, maintaining effective relationships with children, support staff, and parents or carers.
