Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a company that would like to bring in an Administrator into their busy Nuneaton based site. This role is temp-perm Monday- Friday working 09:00AM - 17:00PM. Our client is looking for a candidate that is warm, friendly and has a desire to provide great customer service.
So what would I be doing?
- Processing incoming orders into the system
- Responding to emails
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring team and individual targets are met.
- Some accounts duties
- Answering incoming phone calls

But what experience do I need?
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Computer literate
- CRM knowledge and experience is desirable.
