Education Candidate Consultant

Empowering Learning are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Graduate Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting highly talented individuals who are interested in pursuing work in Education. As a Graduate Education Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals, providing them with guidance and support throughout the application process, and ensuring that they are matched with schools that are best suited to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates interested in pursuing work in education
  • Work closely with prospective candidates to provide guidance and support throughout the application process
  • Review and assess applications
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates
  • Attend education fairs, conferences, and other events to promote recruitment and sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with university faculty, staff, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment efforts
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment efforts and progress to the management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
