The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a world-renowned company with a well-established team in Leeds, where you'll play a key role in delivering projects to completion while providing guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in delivering a diverse range of projects across sectors such as Office, Industrial & Logistics, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, and Healthcare.
This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen client relationships, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments. The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within UK Construction Consultancies
- A RICS accredited degree qualification is beneficial
- Eager to build relationships with clients
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- Comfortable managing a small team
- A successful track record running jobs from start to finish
