The role:- Determine bonuses and salary adjustments.- Be well versed in condensing extensive data into summaries for influencing reward processes.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong relationship building skills.
- Carry out and maintain job evaluation processes accurately and efficiently.
- Assist senior Reward staff in configuring essential bonus and pay review processes.
Requirements:
- Previous Reward Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- CIPD level 7 or equivalent.
- Previous HR administration or Payroll experience is ideal.
Benefits:
A salary of £50-58k + generous Benefits package including private medical insurance and health and wellness offers.
