Job Description
An opportunity has arisen with a family-owned fleet workshop, in the position of Service Advisor. If you like dealing with customers, and love the automotive trade, but your current employer does not value you, or you are looking for something a little less "PLC", this could be to job you have been looking for. If you have great customer service skills, good technical knowledge, and want to be part of a small, friendly team, do not delay, apply TODAY!!!
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers
- Be organized and efficient
- Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles
- Update customers queries in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Experience in the Automotive trade required
- Great customer Service Skills
- Good computer literacy skills
- Technical knowledge
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary £32000 - £34000
- Monday to Friday 730-530
