A rapidly growing Technology organisation with over 100,000 customers, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Workday ERP Consultant to join their Enterprise Technology Team. About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to take ownership and make a significant impact on technological advancements, with a primary focus on optimising the Workday system for core business functions. You will be responsible for streamlining manual processes, maximising Workday's capabilities, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement within Workday.
- Leverage your Workday expertise and data analysis skills to design and implement efficient processes and automations.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with external consultants to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions with Workday.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive business objectives through Workday optimisation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Workday ERP functionality and configuration.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with ERP systems (experience with other systems is transferable).
- Experience in the working in Technology sector or similar.
- Product Management experience.
