We are working in partnership with a longstanding client, operating as a successful specialist service organisation and seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant. The role as Sales and Marketing Assistant is crucial in supporting organisational growth goals, specifically relating to attraction of customers to specific product and service lines. The successful Sales & Marketing Assistant will be given the opportunity to create and distribute marketing materials, manage social media accounts, and assisting with external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that marketing materials are relevant and engaging for the relevant products and target customers
- Conduct regular market research to gain insights into correct pricing and marketing content
- Regularly report on revenue and gross margins
- Manage online and direct marketing campaigns
- Manage associated administration tasks relating to sales and marketing activities
- Accurately record and maintain the customer database following GDPR guidelines
- Lead on the monthly internal newsletter in coordinating information from each department
- Support our SEO by ensuring regular blogs, articles, news, and thought leadership pieces are created and uploaded
Skills & Qualifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or similar qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
